Cost-effective, durable industrial reels designed to ship flat and assemble on site. Flanges and barrels are made from black UV-recycled polypropylene. Each kit contains the flanges and barrels needed to assemble a complete set of reels, delivered on one pallet.

Assembly

How to assemble

All screws and printed instructions are supplied with every order. Video walkthroughs available below.

400mm range

Simple three-step assembly

Line up the barrel with the cut-out on the flange.
Knock the flange and barrel together with a rubber mallet.
Insert a minimum of three screws per side.

450 – 550mm range

Four-step keyway assembly

Put the barrel together.
Line up the grooved keyway on the flange and barrel.
Knock together with a rubber mallet.
Insert a minimum of four screws per side.
