Industrial Reels Unassembled

Crown Plastics industrial reels have been designed to provide our customers a cost effective yet strong, durable product which is easy to assemble. All flanges and barrels are made from black UV recycled polypropylene.

The 400mm range is available in five different barrel lengths with a 150mm external barrel diameter. The benefit of the 400mm range is you can stack 9 reels of product per layer on a pallet.

The 450-550mm range is available in three different barrel lengths with a 250mm external barrel diameter.

The 700-800mm range is available in 2 different external barrel diameters. The 250mm diameter barrels are available in 300,400 & 450mm barrel lengths. The 400mm diameter barrels are available in 215, 310, 360, 410, 460mm barrel lengths.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE

The 400mm Range is easy to assemble by:

• Line up the barrel with the cut out on the flange;
• Knock the flange and barrel together with a rubber mallet; and
• Insert a minimum of three screws per side.

The 450-550mm Range is easy to assemble by:

• Put the barrel together;
• Line up the grooved key way on the flange and barrel;
• Knocking the flange and barrel together with a rubber mallet; and
• Insert a minimum of four screws per side.
